Fue construido en el siglo XVIII, quedando la obra inacabada. El edificio de una sola nave, es de piedra gran\u00edtica y siller\u00eda bien labrada. M\u00e1s que por el inter\u00e9s arquitect\u00f3nico, destaca por ser un lugar de peregrinaci\u00f3n, debido a los milagros que la tradici\u00f3n atribuye a la Virgen de Cadeiras.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan cuenta la leyenda (de la Edad Media) apareci\u00f3 milagrosamente una imagen de la Virgen en un hueco entre unas pe\u00f1as muy cerca de donde ahora est\u00e1 el Santuario. All\u00ed se levant\u00f3 una peque\u00f1a ermita que se reconstruy\u00f3 en diferentes ocasiones antes de la construcci\u00f3n del actual santuario que acog\u00eda a los visitantes que se acercaban a las romer\u00edas u otras celebraciones religiosas.<\/p>\n

Podemos encontrar bibliograf\u00eda dedicada a este santuario, tanto a nivel arquitect\u00f3nico como a su evoluci\u00f3n o informaci\u00f3n escrita sobre los milagros atribu\u00eddos a la Virgen.<\/p>\n

En este lugar se celebra, desde el siglo pasado, los d\u00edas 7,8 y 9 de septiembre<\/strong>, una romer\u00eda popular dedicada a esta singular advocaci\u00f3n mariana. Oficios religiosos, procesi\u00f3n y comida campestre son los protagonistas de esta romer\u00eda.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner]
